Ahhhh now i think everyone's been caught in that situation where they're in need of some form of cd case. i have. numerous times. and it sucks when you can't find one because giving your friend the disc you just burned him without a case is simply rude. so this is a video i think everyone can benefit from.
I've fallen in love with all the recent zombie madness going around the internet, movies, games...all of it. So whenever i find stuff like this i can't help but smile and hope for the next zombie apocalypse to roll around.
Hah, now heres something im proud of. This may be one of my more adventurous drawings...i still have yet to decide what he's hitting. Maybe its that god awful bunny i drew last week :P
Haaaaa...no real comment for this drawing. I been drawing some rather morbid stuff lately, so i wanted to create a stress free, jolly picture. I don't know why it's a rabbit...i suppose that's just how I picture joy would be if it were a creature. A joyous little rabbit. And i just bought a new longboard, so i suppose it's also a representation of my mood too. Enjoy.
Wasn't sure what I was watching at first, but this actually made me laugh out loud. A short animation about how an elderly woman copes with death! Sure to at least put a smile on your face. It's a slick, short (only 2 minutes) animation, so be sure to watch the whole thing
Found a cool site showing off a cool new bike design. Made to look like an illusion, the thing actually works though. Makes me wonder who thought it up and how and why they did. Read about it here http://illusion.scene360.com/design/5096/phantom-bike/
Just another rough sketch I guess. I want to start drawing more figures, really get down body proportions, cuz I figure once I get those down I can start to manipulate them however I want and still get a good looking outcome. The idea of death as a whole has always been an attractive thought to me. I based this sketch off of the fact that you never know when death is going to sneak up in your life...haha hope this isn't too morbid!! (I'm really quite the cheery fellow)
More illustrations! Found an artist who has a very comical feel to his drawings, but they're still incredibly detailed. Just more to take inspiration from I suppose. The site I found is full of his work but I found this picture to be the most appealing....I hope you see why too.
Pretty cool site showing off a rocking chair made from a barrel. I think. That's what it looks like. But since this is a design based class, i thought it'd be a good site to post. http://www.recyclart.org/2009/06/rocking-chair/
Here's a sight that i suggest anyone even interested in drawing visits. http://www.ratemydrawings.com/drawings/collaborations/489863.html This sight shows the actual process of artists creating their drawing, and they have some REALLY good artists out there using this sight, so getting to watch how they create their art is not only insightful, it's fun
Really liked this pen sketch here, mostly because of the hair. Why? Because hair is a pain in the butt to draw. So when i see detail like this put into a sketch (done with a pen...), i gotta show my appreciation, admiration, and envy for that level of skill
